Roof Rack

My Unaka roof rack is 80-20 aluminum pre-cut to the right lengths for my Promaster. It all just bolts together.

My Promaster has small “nubs” sticking up from the roof surface. The Unaka rack very cleverly wraps around the nubs to hold the rack on the van roof.

The 80-20 was way too heavy to lift up on the roof in one piece. So, I first assembled it in my apartment, then later disassembled it and took it out to the van one piece at a time for final assembly.
